Terms and Conditions

These terms govern the sale, supply, delivery and servicing of vehicles, parts and related services by Benda Offroad Qatar, operating in Qatar as the distributor of Benda off-road vehicles. They apply to every quotation issued and every order accepted by us unless we agree otherwise in writing.

By placing an order, accepting a quotation, or taking delivery of a vehicle, you agree to these terms.

We supply Benda all-terrain vehicles (ATVs) and side-by-side vehicles (SXS), together with genuine parts, accessories, servicing and after-sales support within Qatar.

We are a distributor. Vehicles are manufactured by Benda, and the manufacturer remains responsible for the design, construction and factory specification of the vehicles we supply.

Quotations are issued in writing and state the specification, price and validity period that apply to them. Prices are quoted in Qatari Riyals and, unless the quotation says otherwise, exclude registration, insurance, delivery outside Doha and any government fees.

A quotation is an invitation to order and is not binding on us until we confirm the order in writing.

An order is accepted once we confirm it in writing. Payment terms, including any deposit required to secure a vehicle or place a factory order, are those stated on the quotation or invoice.

Title to a vehicle passes to you on receipt of payment in full. Risk passes on delivery or collection, whichever happens first.

We will give an estimated delivery date when we confirm an order. Dates are estimates and not guarantees: vehicles are imported, and shipping, customs clearance and manufacturer lead times are outside our control.

We are not liable for delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including shipping delays, customs procedures, manufacturer supply constraints, or force majeure. Where delay becomes substantial we will contact you to agree how to proceed.

New vehicles carry the manufacturer's warranty on the terms and for the period set out in the documentation supplied with the vehicle. That warranty is given by the manufacturer; our role is to administer claims on your behalf and carry out warranty work in Qatar.

The warranty does not cover wear items, damage from accident, misuse, competition or racing use, modification, fitting of non-genuine parts, or failure to follow the servicing schedule in the owner's manual.

We hold genuine Benda parts in Qatar and provide servicing and after-sales support. Parts availability is subject to stock and to manufacturer supply.

Servicing work is quoted before it is carried out. Where additional work is found to be necessary once a vehicle is with us, we will seek your approval before proceeding.

Orders may be cancelled in writing before the vehicle is despatched to us or allocated to you, subject to any cancellation charge stated on the quotation.

Vehicles supplied to a customer's specific specification, and vehicles that have been registered or used, cannot be returned except where they are faulty. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Qatari consumer protection law.

The vehicles we supply are powerful off-road machines. You are responsible for operating them safely, for wearing appropriate protective equipment, and for ensuring every rider is competent and of suitable age.

You are responsible for registration, insurance and for complying with all Qatari laws governing where these vehicles may be used. Many are not approved for use on public roads. We are not liable for fines, penalties or losses arising from use of a vehicle in breach of applicable law.

Test drives and viewings are arranged by appointment. Anyone driving a vehicle must hold any licence required, must follow the instructions given by our staff, and must be fit to drive.

You are responsible for damage caused by negligent or unauthorised use during a test drive.

The Benda name, logo and vehicle designs are the property of the manufacturer. The content of this website — text, photography, layout and design — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, loss of use, or business interruption, and our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Specifications, images, colours and equipment shown on this website are provided for guidance. Manufacturers change specification without notice, and colours reproduce differently between screens. The specification that applies to your vehicle is the one confirmed in your written quotation.

Details you send us through the enquiry form, by email or over WhatsApp are used to respond to your enquiry and to administer any order that follows. We do not sell them. Enquiries about the information we hold can be sent to info@whitepeakstrading.com.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, and the courts of Qatar have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
